"Molt bona situació, a peu de pistes i lloc on guardar esquís. Molt cèntric amb bars i supermercat a tocar l'edifici. Al davant el Balneo. Cuina molt ben equipada. Facilitat d'accés amb contrassenya. Terrassa amb taula i cadires. Bona calefacció."
