"This is a really nice place. Very nice design and it is also this new version of a hotel where there's no reception staff present but you still have many of the usual amenities you would have at a good hotel. It's just self service. There's a laundry, there's a baggage storage and you can help yourself to anything additional that you may need. Great location for both short and long stays."

"The location is great. It’s a few minutes walk to the Strassbourgh-St Denis metro station on Lines 4, 8, and 9, and from there a short ride away from the major Paris attracations (Louvre, Arc de Triomphe, Eiffel, etc.). There is a supermarket as well as a traditional market just across the street. Many restaurants nearby, including bakeries such as Bo & Mie. The facilities are superb. The apartment has everything. We didn’t lack anything for a week’s stay. There are washing machines as well as luggage lockers outside the apartment."

"I loved it! Starting with the very tasteful design, it all looks great, which makes the experience muuuch better. Very comfortable bed, perfect shower. Location is the best in Paris. Staff service is amazing. The wifi wasn't working well in the kitchen area, I sent the staff a message, and they immediately brought me a portable internet that worked perfectly. Simply perfect! 10/10."

"The location 15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and easy to reach places of interest. The studio apartment was quiet, clean and beds comfortable. Very good communication before and during stay."

"The studio apartment was super clean & well designed. I love the use of timber panelling throughout, the furniture choices including comfortable beds, green zeliege tiles in the bathroom with spacious shower & the functional kitchenette with marble. The interior of the room was aesthetically pleasing & could easily feature in an interior design magazine, also the balcony railing just gives the room the quintessential Parisian apartment feel. Ela was amazingly attentive & helpful to our family throughout our stay. We also appreciate the free laundry & dryer which was super convenient. The apartment is located close to bakeries, local restaurants around Canal Saint Martin and is ideal for exploring Paris in a less touristy neighbourhood if you don’t mind public transport or 30-40 minute walks to main sights."

"While not a problem for me, the location could be a disadvantage for people who aren’t super familiar with Paris. The area around Republique & Gare D’L Est can feel a bit sketchy at times though other nearby areas are excellent & it’s still a safe location. You also won’t be walking distance to main attractions or the Seine."
