"Spotless, and the area is very secure. It is also a walking distance from Lidl and in front is an asian store. It has an elevator and secured entrance. Very convenient place and spacious. All you need in the kitchen is available, like the cutleries, pots, and pans."

"The apartment is fantastic, spacious and secure. Maximilien was super responsive and made us feel welcome and organised! Having underground parking is a bonus and it’s a really short walk to the line 12 metro. Loads of shops and amenities nearby."

"Not an issue with the apartment, more of just an awareness of the area for people who are not used to cities. Aubervilliers is a bustling cosmopolitan community. I personally felt fine as I speak a little French, but with any city suburb would suggest not being alone at night!"

"Big apartment, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, facilities (coffee machine, washing machine, TV, balcony, elevator). The property was easy to access but quite far from public transport stations. Good value for money but the property requires a security deposit before arriving at the stay that is a pending transaction held until the host checks the property for any damage and is then cancelled."

The apartment is clean, spacious and true to its advertisement, since it’s summer the room is warm but the owner was very approachable, easy to contact and was generous to provide us with 3 new Electric fans just to make our stay comfortable.
