"The place has a surprising courtyard not expected as it is in a residential area. Of course the spa was great the room has a little convenient kitchen. The technology with tv at the spa and projector in bedroom is great."
"A little extra touch would make the experience perfect. Extra set towels for separate spa and shower. Little more cups and bowls in the kitchen. The pillows felt to soft of our taste and bedding felt plastic. But anyway we had a good sleep."
"We booked the Queen room for a Romantic night. We had a private Jacuzzi. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The Jacuzzi room is equipped with a big TV screen and the bedroom with a projector. It is a very good value for the price considering we booked the room the week between Christmas and New year eve. We had to call the owner to ask for some information and he responded straight away. The place is located in the rive gauche of Rouen city but at working distance from a subway station and a very affordable journey to the city historical center using Uber. We really recommend this place."

"The perfect place to stay with perfect hosts in an area we did not already know, but would like to visit again. The house is very well equipped and comfortable, quiet, surrounded by woodland, with a pleasant deck for meals outside. The pool is a good size in a sunny area. We strongly recommend."

"The location next to the beach and overlooking the marina was superb. It was a short walk to the shops and other facilities and a short bus ride into St Malo intra muros. Swimming from the beach, sitting in the sun and having a glass of wine at the beach cafe were the highlights of a wonderful holiday. The flat itself was delightful and had great facilities. The views, especially of the setting sun were amazing! The host was do kind - I had a fall just before my trip and she kindly met me at the ferry port to help with the luggage."
"The Location is Ideal, less than 5 minutes walk from the metro. Also the tram stop is literally less than 200 metres from the front door and there's a takeaway and bakery just opposite to the place.and a budget super market just on the street corner. The room was clean and got the basics. After all it's budget friendly place. When I stayed, there was a security guard manning the reception area and that was a plus."

"Amazing location, superb views, lots of space (2 kitchens, 3 fridges and coffee machines, bathroom for every bedroom etc etc), amazing pool, variety of leisure facilities, very attentive and welcoming hosts (the owners, Ammar and Zahra, as well Maria, the house manager). Renovated to a high standard while maintaining some period features, this is really a villa with its own unmistakable character. You are spoiled for choice which balcony to soak in the views from, with a glass/plate of whatever, and anything you may need is right there, because the owners thought of everything (including beach towels and plastic glasses in case you want your tipple near/in the pool; barbecue grill; ping-pong table and board games etc etc)"
