"Alles was prima. Wat nodig was, was voorhanden. Een vriendelijke poetsvrouw om mij te ontvangen, te tonen hoe de kookplaat aan moest (met een aparte zekering) en mij uit te zwaaien. Heel rustige buurt. Op voorhand had Booking.com mij een lange code doorgegeven om binnen te geraken, maar dit bleek allemaal niet nodig. Ik had 2 keer gemeld dat ik geen smartphone heb en, eens op stap, geen e-mails kan lezen. Een eenvoudig sleutelkastje met een eenvoudige code was de ideale manier om de deur te openen. Houd dit zo eenvoudig a.u.b."
"Misschien kan het schuine dakvenster een verduisterend rolgordijn krijgen zodat de kamer 's morgens vroeg ook nog voldoende donker is om door te slapen."
