"Location was great, a little oasis of calm in a big city. Lovely breakfast with lots of homemade items. Great pizza place near by which made getting an evening meal easy."

"Locks on both rooms were broken which meant we were unable to lock either rooms. Whilst there was a locked door to get into the property it did mean you were operating on trust with other guests staying at the same time when leaving things in your room. The locks not working has impacted my overall score."

"I stayed two night with my family, very nice stay, the room was very clean, the staff very kind, homemade breackfast. The location is 10 minutes far from the centre (very confortable) and there is a private parking for the car."

"The room is spacious and clean. The check in was fast and smooth. The parking place was just infront of the house. The host is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is good too."

"Everything :) The owners and their dog are super nice and sweet, the breakfast with all homemade things and a good coffee was outstanding, the bed was the most comfortable and everything was very clean. Also the fridge with pre-filled water, soft drinks and wine was above our expectations for a B&B! And all that for a super reasonable price. I don’t understand the few reviews that are unhappy with the area - it is clearly stated in the description that the accommodation is a bit outside of the center, which was perfect for us as we felt very safe regarding our car. And the connection by public transport to the center is also very good. Thank you for the amazing visit!"

"Charming, helpful and informative host. We loved our room - had everything we needed, was spacious and comfortable. We walked into town and took the tram back - both were easy. Breakfast was delicious in the gorgeous court yard - and the homemade marmalade was other-worldly. And the EV charger was there and worked! This was the perfect stopover at the end of our road trip in Spain, en route for the French Alps. Merci!!"

"The location and facilities were excellent. We were only staying for a night but it would have been comfortable for many more nights. The location was excellent, close to the tram - but we didn’t use it as the local pizza restaurant was absolutely superb. Marc and Etienne were fantastic hosts, welcoming and helpful. And meeting Zsa Zsa over the fantastic breakfast was a lovely bonus! ❤️ The room was very comfortable and spacious. A lot of space and lovely design. I can honestly say that when I next want (Montpellier is a gorgeous city) or need to come to this area, this is where I’ll stay."
