"A spacious apartment in a beautiful historic building, perfect for a big group of friends or family. The location is great, close to everything you might need - caffees, restaurants, the Promenade, the Old town, the train station. The apartment itself has two living rooms, big dining table and fully equipped kitchens (2).There were enough bathrooms and toilets for our group of 10. The only thing to note is that the ceiling hight in some of the bedrooms is around 180cm - all well described in the apartment info, so make sure to read it. The host, Bernard, is super responsive. In short, we had a great stay in CondoNice."

"Fabulous location, central and lots of excellent shopping, bars and restaurants in the surrounding area and near attractions. Comfortable beds and property well thought out. Beautiful apartment and enjoyed the rooftop views. Impressive staircase to apartment (lots of stairs which won’t be for everyone, but host advised this upfront from outset). Host very helpful prior to stay and provided helpful information on Bordeaux in a guide"

"Located outside Saumur so transport needed. Very peaceful but felt safe. Our chalet was adequate in size for 2 - may be a tight squeeze for a larger group as not loads of storage space. Excellent shower and cooking facilities. You can order bread, croissant at the reception for next day. We used the swimming pool - decent size for a swim. We cycled around Saumur and to Fontevraud-l'Abbaye."

"The location is really great, 5 min drive (or two bus stops) to Grands Montets, same for Flégère. The house stands on the main road (= easily accessible), yet it feels very secluded thanks to the little yard around the house and tall green fences. Luxury bathroom on the top floor."
