"The communications with the owner, Estelle, were easy/very good. We had a comfortable one night stay in late March. Our apartment (named Art Deco) is in a quiet street with good parking availability, about 10 minutes walk from the Hotel de Ville and the main shopping/bar/restaurant area. The heating was on so the apartment was warm when we arrived. It is well equipped - though doesn't have an oven but does have a combi microwave and a hob."
"We were aware that the apartment was on an upper floor (2nd) only accessible by stairs (no lift) ie as advertised. Some parts of the staircase were quiet narrow and the lighting was sensor operated so only came on as you approached so some care is required. This is not a complaint just an observation for other visitors."

"Upon arrival via the long driveway, you could already see that this was a special accommodation. The chalet is an absolute gem. Completely secluded, spacious and beautifully built. The facilities seem endless, with the outdoor kitchen being my personal favourite! It was even easy to spot from Hautacam, because it was so eye-catching! The view is also an absolute asset of the chalet, from just about every point on the property, the view is magnificent. We went in the summer and had very good weather, so the pool was used a lot. But it must also be beautiful there in winter, when the pool is closed but you can use the jacuzzi and sauna! Just like the beautiful fireplaces in the house. The warm welcome and general communication with Cendrine & Vincent was excellent! They were quick to respond, providing additional information about the region and the local cafés and restaurants. I would highly recommend this stay!"
