"Een zeer vriendelijk host die erg zijn best doet om het zijn gasten naar de zin te maken. Bij vertrek kregen we zelfs een fles wijn mee naar huis. De bedden lagen prima en de badkamer is heerlijk ruim. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig. In de ochtend zorgde de host voor koffie/thee of sap, een heerlijk vers broodje en vers fruit. De ligging ten opzichte van Europapark is erg fijn, ongeveer een half uurtje rijden."
"De parkeergelegenheid in de omgeving is zeer beperkt. Als je laat in de avond terug kwam moest je zoeken naar een plekje in de omliggende straten. Best wel wat herrie van de straat, de locatie ligt namelijk aan een rotonde."

"Staying in this apartment left an exceptionally positive impression. The apartment is new, very bright, and comfortable, featuring modern renovations and a well-thought-out layout. The location was superb, with fresh flower and fruit market and seaside right outside the door, making our stay very comfortable. To our surprise we found that this gem is located in the historic “Adam et Ève” building, one of the architectural landmarks of Nice! I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who values comfort, style, and historical charm 🙌"
