"Small but well equipped house which is attached to the owners house. Great location to walk into Bergerac along the river (15 mins) especially with the dog."

"Need to note it is attached to the owners house so some noise is inevitable. No secure fenced area for the dog in the area allowed to use."

"Excellent property for our short break in Bergerac - we especially loved the quiet location, with a very enjoyable 20/25 minute walk along the river in to the old town. The small terrace area outside with table and chairs was perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast or a chilled glass of wine in the evening. Plenty of hot water for showers, washing up etc. Marina is a charming host and was helpful and accommodating. The apartment was super clean and well presented, with comfortable bed. Don't forget you have to pay extra locally for provision of bath and hand towels. We would return to this property. An excellent property, well priced."

"The only negative was that the drains smell from the bathroom was a bit strong - being so close to the river I suppose that can be a problem at times."

"Having to pay extra for bed linen, etc.. Even bringing your own, you have no real idea of the size of the bed/mattress/duvet. Would be far better INCLUDED - probably for MOST travellers, even if cost overall is just a little higher."

"We loved the superb location by the Dordogne. Our host Marina was very welcoming and even allowed us to check in early. The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The outside space was a bonus in the warm evenings.We felt very comfortable and thoroughly appreciated the peace and quiet of our apartment and location."
