"This amazing property was the best place I've ever stayed in. We were greeted by Auguste who welcomed us and showed us to our room. He explained many things and showed us all facilities. The owner arrived and greeted us most cordially and we agreed to have breakfast next morning. The bedroom was opulent, elegant, comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom and seperate toilet were equally beautiful. The garden is exceptional too,"

"Chez Fabryce is ‘n geweldige Chambres et Tables d’hôtes. « Verstopt » aan een plein, maar eenmaal gevonden kom je een paradijs binnen. Allerhartelijkste ontvangst door Fabryce, die duidelijk trots is op zijn bedrijf, en terecht. Mooie kamer, met kunstwerken van zoon Augustin, aan de binnentuin, die we helaas in de regen moesten bewonderen, maar zelfs dan warmte uitstraalt. Het diner in een museale omgeving was van grote klasse stijlvol gepresenteerd door chef Fabryce. Het ontbijt was een parel van eenvoud en zeer smaakvol. We hebben enorm genoten van de gastvrijheid van Fabryce."
