"The flat looks to be a part of an old farm complex and the location is rather remote and rural, we liked that. The kitchen is fully equipped (apart from dishwasher), with a large table and fridge. There is also a tv and very good wifi, parking next to the building. The flat is a good option if someone is looking for peace and very quiet."

"Chez Claudine had everything you could need and was a charming place to stay and was tastefully decorated. A walk to the village took around 20 minutes. I would recommend it for a relaxing stay."

"It was very hot - a heatwave in June in fact - and there was no a/c or fan. We bought a fan at a local supermarket and this helped a bit."

"I loved the peaceful rural setting and the beautifully renovated historic building with its high ceilings and spacious rooms; it offered all self-catering amenities, a hot shower and a comfortable night's rest."

"The shower mixer was a bit tricky—my husband had a lukewarm shower until I figured out that pressing down the small knobs on the mixer allowed one to better regulate the water temperature. I would like to suggest a brief note in the guest book about this. Also, a folder on the coffee table with Wi-Fi details would be useful, as we had to search for the password hidden in the writing desk."

"We unexpectedly needed to be in or near La Roche Bernard for one night. This comfortable apartment was in a very quiet location which was a bonus after our long journey. It was well equipped for our short stay."
