"Location is close to station and to beach. Menton is easy to walk around and location is a easy short walk to historic centre and gardens all menton attractions. Keys were in key safe and I was sent video with entry. Insyructions Property is 2nd floor apartment. There is a lift.Small but very well designed. Clean. Well furnished. Pleasant. I didn't cook but kitchen seemed well equipped. There is dining area next to kitchen but no sofa or arm chairs.Bathroom area clean. I particularly liked the balcony with view of mountains . Balcony has table and chairs. I i enjoyed eating breakfast on balcony. Apartment was ideal for one person for one night."
"Stanza stupenda, Elise è stata gentilissima sin da subito e molto disponibile. L'appartamento si trova in una zona di Nizza molto tranquilla ma vicina sia ai tram che alla Promenade, ed è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dall'aeroporto. Sulla Promenade vicino all'appartamento c'è anche una piccola stazione per le bici elettriche, se c'è bel tempo vi consigliamo assolutamente di arrivare in centro con una bella pedalata. Elise ci ha fornito moltissimi consigli sia su cosa visitare sia su dove mangiare cibo locale. Fornisce un PDF chiaro e ricco di spunti e ci ha anche illustrato personalmente che percorsi di trekking potevamo fare (che consiglio, noi non abbiamo potuto perché ha piovuto)."
