"Apartament en edifici antic, però acabat de reformar. Molt ampli, totes les peces (sala i habitació) ventilaven a l'exterior. Molt net i silenciòs a la nit. Electrodomèstics nous i nets. Mobiliari funcional i nou. Llit molt comode. Bona calefacció i aigua calenta. Molt ben situat a la ciutat perquè estava just al costat de l'ajuntament, amb metro i bus molt a prop, en una zona molt animada, però l'apartament no tenia cap problema de soroll. Ideal per a una parella"
