"Cette étape a été une étonnante surprise et une expérience mémorable. Le château a connu une magnifique restauration qui a su préserver le cachet du passé sans renoncer au confort. Les chambres sont vastes, élégantes et parfaitement équipées. Le petit-déjeuner servi par Nora est un moment très agréable. Le propriétaire est un homme charmant très attentif au bien-être de ses hôtes. Il est de "l'étoffe dont les rêves sont faits" et a trouvé dans son vaste château un écrin pour abriter sa splendide collection d'œuvres liées à sa destinée hors du commun. Va ser tambe un plaer de parlar una mica català amb el Senyor Ivo Fornesa que va néixer a la Seu d'Urgell que és un poble a prop d'Andorra on vam viure durant molt anys ! Cordials salutacions."

"Ivo and his helping friend Nora were very welcoming. We enjoyed the privilege and unusual experience of staying in a castle . Ivo delighted us with the stories of his inspiring life so rich in experiences. Our room was luxuriously furnished, airy and very comfortable and we had a different breakfast both days. The two big dogs were extremely well behaved. We would definitely recommend a stay in Ivo's castle."

A real piece of French history! Very convenient for Chopin Concerts at Nohant, and an excellent base for visiting George Sand's beautiful Berry!"

"I’ve really seen a lot of places and hotels in this world, but I think this was the most amazing room I ever spent the night. So much history, so beautifully restored to today’s standards and so tastefully decorated. A wonderful place, and Ivo is a truly a-ma-zing host. Funny, hospitable and a real connoisseur. He showed us around and we were astonished by all his wonderful stories. You won’t regret staying here!"
