Located in the village of Martillac, this 18th-century château is just 15 minutes from the centre of Bordeaux. The boutique boutique-hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool, a hot tub and free Wi-Fi access. All guest rooms at the Chateau de Lantic offer a view of the courtyard or the surrounding vineyards. A minibar and tea and coffee making facilities are provided, and some of the suites also have a kitchenette. A buffet breakfast, including traditional bread and pastries, is prepared every morning at the guest house. "A beautiful, peaceful château with rooms that have been lovingly preserved yet remain comfortable. Breakfast features fresh, locally sourced ingredients and offers a view of the garden. We had pleasant, personal conversations with the extremely friendly family who owns the place. We felt very comfortable and welcome the entire time."

"Stunning 18th century chateau in rural location Very atmospheric and lovely gardens with pool, near to vineyards and Caudalie Spa but it’s preferable to have a car as there are limited buses to Bordeaux and taxis are not very available Marie was happy to move us from a courtyard room to a fabulous suite in the chateau (it was a holiday for my birthday & I wanted something special) They very kindly drove us to Caudalie Spa after our taxi failed to arrive, and to the airport for our early flight home"
"A small issue but the pool was not heated, so only 1 brave attempt at a swim was made! Breakfast was also quite pricey so we opted to make our own in our little kitchen"

"We gave advance notice we would be arriving late circa 10pm and requested some sparkling wine and a platter of food for a late supper - the owners - Mary & Christian responded promptly, efficiently and on our arrival were both fluent in English and we felt welcome albeit a litter later than expected due to plane delay. all so beautifully managed THANK YOU"

"Good location great value for money. Reception staff really helpful and friendly."
"A large hotel on the very edge of the town, being only a few minutes walk into the market square. There was plenty of parking. The rooms were large, as was the bed, which was comfortable. There was a really good shower in the bathroom with good products, and a separate toilet. There was tea and coffee in the room, and a fridge in the cupboard. The TV was very large, and the WiFi was generally good. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and we enjoyed a Sunday lunch in the restaurant, which was excellent."
