"I don’t know why the rating is not better, I thought this place was perfect! Yes, it’s a small studio (picture it as a student studio), so if you expect hotel quality, don’t book this one! I slept really well in the double bed (just watch out, there’s no airco so if it gets hot, it will definitely be difficult to sleep here, the bathroom was very clean & had hot water, the location was a 20-min walk from the city center (perfect for me), there’s a Supermarket & a boulangerie (to buy bread) a few meters away, there’s a park where you can park your car (you need to pay, it’s around 8€/full day so reasonable)… Honnestly good value for money!"

"Great location, city centre with lots of walking and cycling routes. All by the river. One of the city's key attractions on the door step. Cafes nearby but as the students were not around many were not open."

"Michel nous a très bien accueilli avec visite et présentation du logement et des équipements. Nous avons bien aimé la cour totalement fermée car nos 2 toutous ne pouvaient pas s'échapper Le logement est vraiment très grand et il ne manque rien. Très appéciable d'arriver lits fait. Pour ce WE de février, le rapport qualité/prix est imbattable"
