"The room was quiet and cozy, away from the bustling city-centre, yet close to the metro. Amalie and her family were wonderful hosts. The breakfast they provided was excellent. We had to leave quite early to the airport on the last day, so, they also readied the breakfast the previous night. They even gave us an extra floor mattress for the kid which we ended up not using as my wife, the kid, and I could fit into the bed easily."

"The room was cold the first night and the heaters wouldn't turn on (they did only to a limited extent during the remaining days of our stay). We didn't get hot water the following morning, and while Mario was quick to turn it on for us, this delayed our first day itinerary by a good hour, as initially, we didn't know it needed to be turned on (we assumed that it's always on, and that we sometimes needed to let go some water before warm/hot water appeared. We only realised something was wrong when we noticed the room radiators were chilly). This is not necessarily a negative remark, but something the family could definitely improve on as also pointed out by a couple of previous guests at this property."

"We were in Paris during hot days and having breakfast in the garden was lovely. The croissants and bread were of great quality. The location is great: the place itself is calm but Belleville is a lively neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The B&B is close to two parks as well. Last but not least: Amélie is a wonderful host. We hope to come back one day."

"We had a fantastic time at Annelets. Breakfast was good with croissants, bread,, yoghourt jams and coffee. Specious room and bathroom. The room has a little courtyard, very relaxing in busy Paris. Very good hosts. We’ll come back!"

"This place is amazing for families. I felt super comfortable and safe, the host were very friendly. Great facilities and food. I would recommend this place to all. Only 15 min from central Paris. Everything is at hand, supermarkets, metro and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Xx"

"The housing is spacious, clean and well appointed. We loved the outside space, the breakfast was amazing and the guests were helpful and kind. The location is close to the metro and an excellent bakery. Belleville it's a nice district full of life!"

"Die Lage (schönes, ruhiges Wohnviertel), der grüne Hof/Garten, die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll mit viel Platz für 2, das Frühstück war wunderbar lecker, die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und flexibel beim Check-out"

"Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, poco turistico, ma allo stesso tempo molto affascinante e ricco di panetterie, negozi e locali. La camera si affaccia su un piccolo cortile, dove abitano anche i proprietari, gentilissimi e sempre a disposizione. Bagno molto spazioso con doccia e vasca da bagno. La colazione viene servita all'orario concordato e comprende dell'ottimo caffè, spremuta d'arancia, favolosi croissant e pan au chocolat freschi, baguette, burro e marmellata. Col bel tempo si può fare colazione all'aperto, nel cortiletto attrezzato. La metro più vicina è a pochi passi di distanza, quindi comodissima per spostarsi ovunque in città."

"L'endroit est charmant au fond d'une cours . L'accueil est parfait par les hôtes, et le petit déjeuner délicieux servi sur un plateau dans notre chambre. La chambre est très confortable. Le quartier est super, avec le métro à 5 min."
