"The property is a good walk up a steep hill and was tough after a days skiing - especially in Chamonix as your can’t really leave your skis and boots in the town…. Basically, you’d have to have a car. Remember that in Chamonix, the skiing is in 4 separate locations and you have to travel to them (one is nearby - though not 10 minutes with skis and boots etc…"
