Chalet la Forestière

"Great hosts, very welcoming, lovely breakfast served on the veranda. Very peaceful location, but very close to amenities. Couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Nicole ."

"The staff (extremely gentle); the price: the garden and pool; the two sets of keys."

"Excellent location with fabulous lake view. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and plenty of space. Rooftop restaurant was superb. Highly recommended"

"A lovely, homely place, very traditional decor. We had the family room (Rose) with a comfortable double and bunk beds which we didn’t use but nice to have the extra space. Breakfast was good and Natalie was a perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble. Parked outside the front door and it’s only a 3 minute walk to the gondola. We did manage to dine in one night and had the best tartiflette I think I’ve ever had, Nathalie is a great cook. We look forward to staying here again in future🤞"

"A good place to stay on your way north or south through France We enjoyed the breakfast and the comfy bed."

"Absolutely beautiful and large apartment with picture book views from windows of snow capped mountains - woke up to cow bells - cows grazing in the meadow outside bedroom window - lovely"

"The hosts were wonderful and the beautiful decor of the place matched and added to the tranquility of the nature all around. The surroundings reminded us of many Van Gogh paintings, while the tasteful attention to the details complimented the generosity of the perfect hosts. The breakfast was fantastic."
