"The apartment was excellent — clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with all the amentities that you can ask for. Communication with Mathilde was seamless throughout the stay. Although we did not meet in person, she was very responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to departure. We also had all the amenities for our toddler, upon request."

"The location is overall very convenient and well connected, within walking distance of the old town and main sights. However, the immediate neighborhood feels less polished than other central parts of Bordeaux and has a noticeably different atmosphere from the historic center just across the main street. We did not experience any problems and felt generally fine, but the area may feel less comfortable in the evening, particularly in the direction of Marché des Capucins."

"The location is very convenient, close to the river and the old town center, making it easy to explore. Although there are sometimes people hanging around in the surrounding area, we still felt safe during our stay. The room is stylishly decorated, well-equipped, and very clean."

"There is no elevator. Luckily, my elderly parents were given a ground-floor room. For guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage, the floor level is should be considered."

"Great place, clean, nicely finished, everything you need and lots of space. 10’s all across the board. The area has many beautiful historical buildings, St Michel Square is great for lunch, and the apartment is walking distance to everything."

"We loved the apartment. It was spacious clean and comfortable. It had all mod cons we wanted. It was in a great location, within walking distance of all amenities and places of interest."

"Studio Flat on the ground floor was very well located next to St Michel Church Square - with lots of great restaurants and cafes - and max 10 min walk into heart of Bordeaux. The room was very quiet and felt like home! Would highly recommend this property"

"Mathilde was very responsive, answered questions quickly, took into account all wishes, all instructions were as precise as possible (thanks to her). The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay and even more (tea, coffee, various dishes tools, spices, washing capsules, dishwasher tablets). Stylish and comfortable bed linen and shower accessories. A detailed brochure with information about the area and recommendations for places and shops. We visited La Gigi and enjoyed a lot - very French place. The embankment is very close, where it is comfortable to run and do sports."

"1) There is no elevator and a narrow spiral staircase, we knew about it and it was not a problem for us, but for those who have problems with mobility - it is worth paying attention. 2) The street the windows face is dirty and not quiet during the day, there is a strange bar on the street, which is frequented by marginal individuals. There were no problems with them, but they caused a little anxiety, did not feel unsafe, but from the outside it seems dangerous. At night everything was quiet and calm"

"Very good location, almost in the centre near the old town. Complementary bottle of Bordeaux awaited us and that was very nice from the host. The appartments are realy cosy and quiet. High ceilings create good ambiance and comfort for living. The bed and linen were of very good quality. In case of traveling to Bordeaux would stay there again."

"The area around looks a little bit scary and unsafe, but we had a several strolls during the night time and there were no any unpleasant incidents there."
