"Exceptional views from the room and restaurant, bar and terraces. Perfect marina location within walking distance of restaurants, the coastal path and beach. Parking was easy with pre-booking. The dinner at L'Oursin was exceptional—truly a 5-star experience. Room was clean, comfortable, and well-sized, with crisp linen and a stunning views. Would definitely return."

"Breakfast was average for a hotel of this standard—the buffet was decent but not consistently replenished, and service for cooked items was slow and sometimes inaccurate. The pool was closed (off season). Restaurant recommendations could be more helpful; I didn’t have a great experience at La Terrace restaurant , it isn’t worth visiting unless you’re going for pizza—other dishes were disappointing and not worth the money."

"A really impressive hotel, set in stunning surroundings, with elegant décor and impeccable service. We particularly appreciated the hotel staff and their exceptional kindness. We were travelling with a medium-sized dog and were able to enjoy a very pleasant and relaxing stay, all together. Thank you – we’ll definitely be back!"

"Loved eveything about this hotel - the view is stunning, rooms are large with view on the harbour. Staff is really friendly, caring and very helpful when you need something. When arriving, we had to wait for 5 mins, but we were offered a welcome drink at the bar with view on the sea. The young lady at the reception is outstanding The bathroom products are exceptional."

"Spa - you need to book weeks in advance if you want to go to the spa, so not really a benefit. They have 5 beds available for such a big hotel. Breakfast is very good quality, but not a lot of choice for international travellers."

"There was one particular breakfast which was busy, and one particular staff member did not cope well, and failed to ever deliver our breakfast order. She was not coping well and was quite rude. The next day she was rather over the top, but to be honest I would have preferred a quiet apology. It put an unnecessary stress on the proceedings. The actual process of ordering food from the kitchen was not working for guests, it needs to be much more pro-active. Also, as a gardener, I was pretty shocked at the state of the plants. A lot of them looked dead, which wasn’t really in keeping with the otherwise immaculate surroundings."

"This is a beautiful hotel, very maritime in decor, reflecting the great position overlooking a lovely marina. The staff are great too, perhaps a bit overstretched at times, especially, breakfast time."

"My one gripe is breakfast! This needs a lot of attention. There is a buffet which is good. We thought this comprised breakfast until we saw other guests being served hot food from the kitchen. I asked about this and the young lady then told me what else was available. There is no menu describing the dishes. I feel a menu would clear up any confusion. And breakfast was confusing- at €35 per person! A decent sized napkin would be good too instead of the small cocktail napkin that was provided."
