"Un lieu paisible entre DAX et le pays Basque à connaitre ! Merci à Eric pour son accueil hyper sympa et ses conseils pour visiter la région des Landes sans oublier la petite poule qui est venue nous offrir un œuf chaque jour. Bravo Eric pour votre superbe maison !"

"Cadre agréable. Rénovation récente et de qualité. Déco soignée. Cuisine comme à la maison, avec de grands plans de travail et tout l'électroménager qu'on peut souhaiter. Grande télé à écran plat pour streamer peinard le soir. Ce qui en fait un gite d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Plein de ballades sympas à faire sans avoir à se téléporter très loin, que ce soit dans les bois, autour des étangs, le long des gaves ou dans les patelins environnants (avec mention très bien pour Sorde, Castagnède, Solies ou encore Sauveterre). Enfin des hôtes attentionnés. Pour moi qui y ait séjourné pendant les fêtes de fin d'année j'ai eu droit aux décorations de noël, ce qui dit tout de leur état d'esprit."

"Logement confortable, décoration soignée (fleurs fraîches), chambre et salle de bain spacieuses ( grande et belle douche), 2 WC. La climatisation essentielle avec 40°. La réactivité pour fournir ce qui manquait ( sèche cheveux et repassage). Wifi efficace."
"L’escalier est un peu raide et craque beaucoup. Un petit meuble supplémentaire dans la salle de bain pour poser à hauteur serait bien ( même s’il y a du rangement dans les tiroirs). Quelques cintres en plus. Pas adapté pour recevoir des amis ( pas de chaises supplémentaires, mais c’est peut-être voulu ). La proximité de la route est un avantage d’accessibilité mais devient gênante fenêtres ouvertes."

"The apartment is very cozy, and the overall property is warm, spacious, and welcoming. It features a truly incredible balcony and offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere where you really feel immersed in nature, while still enjoying modern comforts. The bathroom is also large and well-designed. The only point to note is the lack of reliable internet. The TV also seemed to have connectivity issues, as we were unable to use streaming services like Netflix despite trying for quite some time. Of course, this is not essential when on holiday, but nowadays having Wi-Fi can be quite important for work, staying connected, or simply relaxing with some entertainment in the evening. That said, we would still absolutely recommend this place. Communication with the host was excellent and very smooth."

"The apartment is fully aquiped with everything that you could possibly need ! Modern and newly renovated! I can only say it felt like home and was a delight to stay in! Second of all the residence is so calm that you can hardly hear anything. the neighborhood is so secure and calm ! It felt like a real vacation! It is true that you have to walk a little 7-8 min to the beach but it is worth it ! You can see locals shops and streets a long the way."
