"I don't mind automatic check-in machines if they function well: why not, we usually arrive rather late at our hotels. But at this particular hotel the automatic check-in machine bugs, as we were explained next morning this is because of software change. So if you arrive when the reception is closed and the machine suddenly freezes and you see only the picture of the hotel on the screen, don't panick, push the helpdesk button on the left, the help is quick and professional. However, a shame for B&B chain: install a functioning software, please!"

"Immediate check-in and key pick-up (via WhatsApp!). House in good condition, with everything you need to cook for a few days. Perfect for two, small for four. There is no elevator, but there is a staircase leading to the top floor. No problem for those who have no mobility issues or don't have huge suitcases! Quiet area just a few steps from the center, passing through the botanical garden. Free parking in the courtyard of the house, so very convenient."

"Molt ben situat, net i amb aparcament de bicis al davant de l’apartament. Serveis propers (supermercats, boulangeries…). Comunicació ràpida i eficient amb el propietari. Són dos llits de matrimoni còmodes, normalment t’has de conformar amb un llit de matrimoni i un sofà-llit."
