"I don't mind automatic check-in machines if they function well: why not, we usually arrive rather late at our hotels. But at this particular hotel the automatic check-in machine bugs, as we were explained next morning this is because of software change. So if you arrive when the reception is closed and the machine suddenly freezes and you see only the picture of the hotel on the screen, don't panick, push the helpdesk button on the left, the help is quick and professional. However, a shame for B&B chain: install a functioning software, please!"
