"Very peaceful midwinter stay in magnificent surroundings. Really great place to stay. Francesca is a wonderful host, the house is welcoming and her homemade jams and chestnut cream, made from locally collected chestnuts, are simply divine. The village Marignana has a small bar-restaurant-community hub-cinema. A great place for food and drinks and getting to know local Corsican folks."

"The location is superb, close to the beach and the bustling pedestrian market. There are supermarkets and retaurants close by as well. The beds are great, we both slept very well. The water pressure in the shower was good. Sounds stupid, but the toilet paper was not the usual cheapo stuff these places normally foist on you."
