"Perfect location, very close to the station and at the edge of the old town. Very clean, with helpful people."

"There's no elevator. I didn't mind but people reading this review would like to know"

"The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was gtood"

"|We didn't have any complaints"

"The staff were really exceptional and responsive. The hotel itself is very basic but good location and good value for money."

"Room seemed well maintained and possibly recently renovated. The "welcome email" was great and had suggestions on where to eat, parkings to leave the car (with discounts due to partnerships with the hotel), and explained the logistics in details. The staff was welcoming and helpful during check-in and check-out!"

"Regarding the hotel, I think the only "negative" side is that there's no elevator and we were tired from walking all day (this wasn't a big issue, and we were reminded of this beforehand). Regarding Annecy, we were surprised by how busy the city was, and all parkings were full!! We went to 5 parkings before we found a spot to park."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very central. 5 min to oldcity and the lake. The room is small but for 1 or 2 days it is ok."

"The room is too small. It would be great if there is a small fridge in the room."

"The property was very clean and great location. The staff very helpful."
