"The property is very close to the old city center of Nice and the port. The area is safe and there are markets and a shopping mall nearby. Communication with the host is problem-free. The balcony is ideal for breakfast or a drink. I definetely recommend."

"The location is very close to the train station for Monaco and Nice. The bus stop is also only a few meters from the apartment. Carrefour City is nearby. There is a good bakery store just two buildings beside the apartment. If you are willing to walk around 500 meters, there are McDonald's, Decathlon, etc. The location is super good. There are ACs in the bedroom and living room. It fits a maximum of 4 people."

"Very well equipped, modern flat, with specious open plan living room with descent size balcony. Very close to bus and train station (200m) from which you can catch the train to Monaco or Cannes. Tram stop is about 10min away. If you don't mind walking a bit you can get to Old Town in 20ish minutes. Shops (including supermarkets) & restaurants are nearby."

"A bit tricky pick up of the keys- from nearby shop. It did work after all but I had doubts before. Not a big issue."
