"The apartment was excellent, modern and spotlessly clean. The hosts were charming and helpful at all times.They were there to greet us with the key when we arrived. The apartment is small but very well designed with every thing you need for a short stay. The location was perfect for attending the exhibition centre just a 5 minute drive away. The garden terrace is private and bordered by palm trees, there is also a well contructed built in barbecue on the terrace just for the apartment. We highly recommend it to everyone."

"This is not a complaint but a suggestion to improve guest satisfaction on a health and safety issue. Booking shows the listing at one price but when you book there is an extra sum added automatically for breakfast which seems not to be optional. We sent a request not to have the breakfast but were still charged. Many guests book self catering apartments for the simple reason that they need to prepare their own food for health reasons. It would be good to consider that guests may perhaps be diabetic , or may have Chron's disease or be gluten intolerant or even have life threatening allergies plus many more reasons. Just making the breakfast optional would make this apartment 100% perfect."

"The apartment was a single bedroom unit and fully furnished with a small fully functional kitchen and a clothes washing machine. The apartment was quiet at all hours. The host was helpful and accommodating. The parking was spacious for our moderate sized SUV. Downtown Pérols was a short walk away with a store for local produce, a boulangerie, banks, a Post Office, pharmacies, a small Carrefour, and various restaurants and other services. The Pérols Centre tram stop for line 3 was a short walk away."

"The single room apartment is small, and while the usage of spaced is quite clever, two people may feel cramped if staying for more than a week or two."

"J'ai été particulièrement séduit par le calme de l'appartement meublé, qui a rendu mon séjour des plus reposants. De plus, la courtoisie et l'amabilité du gérant ont grandement contribué à la qualité de mon séjour. L'emplacement est idéal, étant à la fois proche du tramway et à une seule station d'un grand centre commercial, ce qui facilite grandement les déplacements et les courses. Je recommande vivement cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation"
