"Such wonderful hosts with a warm and welcoming spirit. The apartment is fully equipped. The hosts have thought about every detail to make your stay so much easier. I found the place extremely clean. The location of the apartment is well connected by a tram nestled in a pretty neighbourhood and on one of the old Tour de France routes!"

"Highly recommend! First of all hosts are amazing, they have helped us to easily find the place and then to park. They were there for everything we need. The apartment is clean and cozy. You can easily reach city center, and if you are with the car, the street where you park is narrow, but if you are experienced driver, you will not have any problem with parking."

"All you could need for short and long stays, you will find it there. The kitchen is super well equipped (well, actually the whole place), full of nice welcome surprises, like drinks and biscuits. Nicely decorated, and with a comfortable bed. The owners are very nice and the communication was fast and friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. You have a 5 min walk to the nearest tram stop and several supermarkets and stores around. City center is about 30 min walk."
"The only thing is that some areas in the house are a bit difficult to access if you have any movement disability or you are tall (stairs and bathroom area) and the house is on a hill so be ready for that. It was not a big problem for me, but definitely something to consider when booking this place."

"Das Appartement war mit allem sehr gut ausgestattet und das mit viel Liebe zum Detail :). Das Bett war sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Check in und Check out war ohne Probleme und sehr entgegen kommend. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von 4-5 Nächten finde ich das Appartement perfekt und hätte es noch besser bewertet!"
"Die Straße beim Haus ist leider laut. Insbesondere untertags und am Wochenende in der Nacht. Wir haben uns aber erstaunlich gut daran gewöhnt. Und sicherheitshalber ohropax gekauft. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt bei uns waren es 10 Tage ist das Appartement doch etwas eng für zwei Personen. Es gibt einige Schrägen insbesondere im oberen Teil wo man sich bei Unachtsamkeit den Kopf abhauen kann..."

"Un séjour parfait au cœur de Nice – je recommande sans hésitation ! L’appartement en duplex a été un véritable coup de cœur. Intérieur élégant, propreté irréprochable et équipement complet – tout est pensé pour que l’on s’y sente comme chez soi. Chaque détail est soigné avec goût et fonctionnalité – du lit très confortable à l’espace de vie bien agencé. L’ambiance générale était exceptionnelle : calme, reposante, parfaite pour se détendre ou travailler. L’enregistrement s’est déroulé sans accroc et les hôtes ont été incroyablement gentils, réactifs et professionnels. Au vu du prix, il est difficile de trouver une meilleure qualité. On sent que les propriétaires mettent du cœur dans cet endroit. Je recommande vivement cet appartement à toute personne à la recherche d’un logement confortable, propre et raffiné dans un excellent emplacement. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !"

"The location was great, not far away from the sea. Big room, comfortable bed, great shower. Close to La Rochelle and the zoo in La Palmyre, could also visit Ile Madame at low tide 5mins away. I would definitely stay again. There was a big garden for my dog too and parking."

"Location was great. At the edge of old Nice and surprisingly quiet at night. Only a few minutes to the beach and many of the historical attractions. Kitchen and sitting area are separate from the bedroom. The appartment itself was modern and comfortable yet in an old house. Despite the business of old Nice it felt safe.There was good public transport including the lime bikes close by. Good communication with the host."
