"Die Lage ist sensationell, auf dem Balkon kommt es einem vor als sitzt man direkt im Meer, und auf der anderen Seite ist man mit ein paar Schritten sofort mitten in der Fussgängerzone. Trotzdem ist sehr ruhig. Constance hat und sehr herzlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Die Tiefgarage und der Fahrradraum sind prima, da hat man genügend Platz alles abzustellen."
