"Great location. Short walk to Nice Ville railway station. 10 minutes walk to coastal promenade and shopping areas. Fantastic large sunny balcony. Supermarket across the road from front entrance. Great wi fi and air conditioning."

"Místo je parádní, 5min k moři, 7min na nádraží, kousek do centra, naproti supermarket otevřený i o víkendu, v okolí restaurace, kavárny. Byl je prostorný včetně terasy. V bytě je jedna koupelna s WC a další samostatné WC."
"chtělo by to lepší údržbu bytu, plíseň v koupelně, neupravená terasa s plevelem, nábytek je starý a nesourodý, manželská postel ještě ujde, ale rozkládací lůžko je opravdu proleželé a nutně potřebuje náhradu."

"Läget var perfekt och centralt mellan järnvägsstationen och stranden. Stor och rymlig lägenhet, lagom för 3-4 personer. Den stora terrassen var en fin bonus och att lägenheten låg på 5:e våningen. Kontaktpersonen Mhand var så trevlig, flexibel och tillmötesgående."

"Asunto oli kiva, erityisesti iso terassi. Myös sijainti oli hyvä, koska keskusta-alue ja kaupat löytyivät melkein heti ovelta lähtiessä. Lähes vastapäätä oli kauppa ja lähin ravintola."
