"The location of the apartment is excellent, half way between each entrance gate to the city. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, however the wide large stairs were no effort to climb. The rooms are all a good size. Colin was very friendly and helpful."

"We stayed one night as a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) and had a perfect sleep. The place was very quiet, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!"

"The little town does seem a bit hollowed out, with traditional butchers and bakers closed down , replaced at best with pizza or kebab shops, at worst nothing at all. Hopefully the apartment is a pioneer in reviving the centre."

"Great location, on a quiet street, right in the center of town. The apartment was on the second floor in a charmingly renovated stone townhouse with wooden floors and all the mod cons - everything I needed for an overnight stay. The host was friendly, approachable and welcoming. Would definitely stay again."

"Colin was very accommodating in terms of our arrival. He is very knowledgeable about the area and provides many maps and information leaflets to save visiting the tourist office. The kitchen is very well equipped and essentials are provided. The bed was extremely comfortable with nice cotton sheets and pillow cases. The location is excellent. However, be prepared for some good natured conversational noise from neighbouring bars. We found it rather charming, and it made us feel like locals. Everyone is very friendly. The riverside walk is five minutes walk away and was perfect for exercising our dog under the shade of old people trees, but across the pedestrian bridge over the river there is a fantastic open area too with an amazing children's play area. All sorts of shops so close by made shopping easy."

"We were very impressed with this apartment the owner has paid a lot of attention to detail in the renovation and all you could need is available. The building is amazing and the entrance and stairs leading to the apartment take you back to medieval times, fascinating. Right in the centre so everything on your doorstep. Enjoyed our stay."
