"Loved the ample space, cleanliness, facilities and amenities. Was a safe part of town (very trendy) - just a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes etc and close to the main subway lines to get to all the onteresting locations in Paris. Kitchen was nice and also the washing machine was handy. Just note that if you have the washing machine running that you may also run out of hot water if you take a shower...we stayed for 7 nights and could easily have stayed longer! Just note that if you have knee/mobility issues that there is NO lift/elevator and carrying suitcases up and down may not be easy, but the staircase is wide and the steps are low..."
