"The Chateau was lovely and our room was spacious and had everything we needed including a comfy bed and good self catering facilities. Our wonderful hosts even offered us a second fan as the weather was particularly hot that week! The pool and sun lounger area is great and the pool is open all the time. It was so peaceful to sit out at the table outside our room in the evening and there were also lots of good restaurants in the nearby towns if you prefer to go out. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We really enjoyed the breakfast — absolutely the best part, with homemade products and the warm hospitality of the lady who served us every morning. The location was perfect as a base for cycling and hiking. The pool was very pleasant with a lovely atmosphere, and having easy access to the river behind the hotel was a great bonus.
