"A charming apartment in a great location during the Cannes Film Festival. Already beforehand the communication was efficient, and I was received in a very nice way by Marc who brought me the key and showed me what was needed to know. Marc was also immediately to reach when I had a question, thanks! The studio apartment is aesthetically very pleasing, clean and well equipped including details, plus with a fast Wifi connection. I also enjoyed the view on the vibrant square with a glimpse of the harbour and the Festival Center, plus that some good Restaurants and Cafés were very nearby. For my stay it was perfect."

"Well located overlooking the harbor. Great views all around. Easy access to many restaurants, food shopping etc as well as the bus station next to the town hall. (Most buses also use the train station about a 10 minute walk way.) Double glazing meant there was little outside noise from the busy street. Only one aircon unit but, as we didn't use it, I can't give an opinion on how effective it may be in hot weather Very large unit, comfortable king bed. The unit had been arranged so that 4 (or more) people could stay there. This included two bathrooms which, for us, was definitely not a success (the second shower room was just too small and the main bathroom off the bedroom had a shower over the bath which we don't like using). The unit has a separate toilet which is a bonus, although it can be difficult to fit in!"

"Extremely small narrow elevator, took a bit of getting used to. Suitable for a married couple or only for those who wish to get very friendly between floors. (Building had no other option as the lift had to fit between the original narrow stairwells.) Common areas such as the stairs and painting of the walls unappealing, loose electrical wiring to supply lobby lighting on our second floor unit was quite unprofessional (would be illegal where we live). I guess it's difficult to get the owners to collectively do anything. For some reason there is a lot of folding furniture, eg chairs which my wife found could certainly collapse but these have likely now been carefully examined since our visit."

Удобная квартира для семьи, все есть, посудомоечная машина, холодильник, плита, кухня полностью укомплектована. Стиральная и сушильная машина, утюг. Ванная с принадлежностями, полотенца, шампунь, мыло, фен. В квартире один туалет, одна ванная комната, и одна душевая комната."

"This was our second stay in this 4th floor Cannes apartment (a repeat visit we would not do if we had been dis-satisfied). The main appeal for us was the really great position overlooking the harbour and the active street scene below. Apartment is large, with a good king bed & adequate facilities - although furniture is dated and settees not particularly comfortable. However position and price makes up for this,"

"The building has a very small claustrophobic elevator but the installation (many years ago) would have been severely restricted by the space available. We found the toilet and separate shower to be quite small (don't drop the soap!) but you can adjust to it. There is a separate bathroom off the bedroom with a "shower over bath" but we prefer not to use this type of facility just to avoid a possible slip/fall."
