"Bonjour. Venzolasca est un charmant village pittoresque perché sur une colline dans l'arrière pays de Bastia. Acosta est un petit hôtel à taille humaine (4 chambres), et cela permet à son propriétaire, Pierre Marie, d'être aux petits soins avec ses clients. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, mais on a fait aussi tous nos repas du soir chez lui, une excellente cuisine aux tonalités locales corses, qui a beaucoup de succès avec les villageois et d'autres clients venus de plus loin, attirés par sa réputation gourmande. Et les vendredis il y a une animation musicale, et du karaoké, où Pierre Marie et son frère Charles, nous ont surpris avec leurs chants corses, qui racontent avec émotion leur amour pour leur terre, son âme, et ses traditions."

"La struttura si trova in un borgo molto bello, Venzolasca, da girare insieme al vicino Vescovado, due gioiellini sulla montagna, ma a pochissimi minuti dalla costa. La camera è bellissima, fresca, spaziosa e accogliente, come anche il bagno. Al piano terra il buon ristorante degli stessi proprietari."
"I proprietari ci hanno accolto con calore, interrompendo il servizio al ristorante. Da quel momento, però, non abbiamo più avuto modo di vederli e se capitate, come noi, nei due giorni di chiusura del ristorante, non c'è nessun servizio. In camera non c'è il frigo e praticamente non è possibile usare quello della struttura perché poi non incontri mai nessuno. Noi siamo stati 4 notti e vorrei dare un consiglio costruttivo ai proprietari. Se il cliente resta più giorni, è necessario passare in stanza per cambiare gli asciugamani e il tappetino, svuotare il cestino, etc."
