"Overall, the stay was pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, we had an issue with the air conditioning that was never resolved. We called the reception twice and also went downstairs to speak with them in person. Each time, we were told that the air conditioning could not be set above 25°C, but this did not make sense, as the air coming out was not warm even at that setting and the room remained cold. Additionally, we felt the hotel was a bit expensive for the facilities provided. The room is not very large, and for the price, we expected more."

"The club rooms of this hotel are Soo comfortable and big . I like the styling of it too . I like the staf a lot too . The service they give & they remember you’re name . The location of the hotel is Soo central , with a lot of restaurants but still not too busy . Everytime when I am in Paris and this is a lot, I stay in this hotel."
