"An absolutely wonderful property with a wonderful host. Beautiful walks from the doorstep into the established woodland paths, amazing facilities inside, real attention to detail. Thank you for sharing your property & helping with car rental hire aswell. We were also extremely fortunate to see the northern lights during our stay, just one step outside the villa. A trip of a lifetime & memories to cherish. Short drive from airport but you feel further away, supermarket nearby if needed groceries on first night arriving."

"The location was magical, set in the forest which had some beautiful walks, easy access to all the resorts and snow activities. Sledging on your front door the kids loved it! Accommodation was perfect, comfy beds and set up perfect for family stay! Matti the host was perfect and helpful the whole way! Even gave out children Santa letters and a little Finnish gift which made the holiday. Thank you!"

"The villa had everything we needed for a really enjoyable holiday. It is situated not far from the centre of Rovaniemi, which is accessible by car or on foot (on a forest path). We walked with our 3 children and it took about 35 minutes. There is the perfect place to go sledging right outside the villa, which my kids loved! We saw the Northern lights from a hill just down the road from the house."

"This beautiful cabin is spacious and clean, with tasteful furnishings that made it feel like home away from home. Everything is high end - the kitchen was very well equipped. The wood fire added a warm, cozy, feel and the sauna an authentic Finnish experience. The cabin is nestled in the forest, and with the soft outdoor lights draped around the snow-covered trees created a magical atmosphere and charm. It felt like staying in a picture-postcard cabin in the woods. Our host Veli-Matti was very obliging, kind and considerate. Always available - nothing was too much trouble."

"We had the absolute best time staying at Villa Peippo! The cabin was stunning with so much room for our family of 5. Fantastic kitchen facilities, very comfortable beds, smart TV with Disney Netflix etc, amazing sauna, stunning views out every window, warm and cozy and the kids loved all the sleds out the front. The host was amazing, so helpful. Less then a 10 min drive from the city centre but you felt a million miles away. 15min drive from Santa Claus Village. 10/10 stay and planning to return next year already ❤️"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was very clean, cozy, and well equipped with quality furniture and beautiful dishes. The location is quiet and close to the Ounasvaara ski slope, and we could see amazing northern lights right above the house. The host was very kind and helpful. He gave us great advice on when and where we could see the aurora and even arranged a wonderful Christmas surprise for our children when Santa Claus visited the villa. Highly recommended!"
