As in all hotel everywhere, the coffee wasn't great (any options). The service level of the staff is not consistent, some are amazing and others seemed to wish us gone."

"Good location. A sense of nostalgia as this is an ‘old’ hotel in Oulu, used to be called Vaakuna. The breakfast buffet was probably the best hotel breakfast we have experienced in many years (as generally hotels are now skimping on breakfasts). The variety and quality of the food was incredible; they even made omelettes and waffles to order. Absolutely worth getting the hotel breakfast."
