Pensió Immalanjärvi is set in a historic 1930s building, formerly a military medical unit. We preserve the authentic, ascetic style of Finnish functionalism with a focus on spotless cleanliness and a quiet atmosphere. Set a 10-minute drive from central Imatra, this guest house offers free parking, an outdoor BBQ area and direct access to bicycle paths and ski tracks. Imatra Hammam I Sauna Resort is a 20-minute drive away. Free WiFi is available. The basic rooms at Immalanjärvi include a flat-screen TV, wardrobe and small fridge, as well as bed linen and towels. The property offers shared toilet and shower facilities. There is also a convenient drying cabipulcre available for ski and outdoor gear, as well as a washing machine for guests' use. "I've stayed at Immalanjärvi years before, and the hotel was still well kept, tidy and excellent value for money. The premises were a bit worn out, but very tidy. I've stayed so many places all over the world, and Immalanjärvi is definitely one of the best value for money I've ever had! Also very quiet ❤️"

"The hotel is ex army hospital, built in 1937. It is clean and in good condition. The building includes many authentic architectural details like floor tiles, lamps, doors, kitchen cupboards etc. No breakfast service, but good self-service kitchen. A small supermarket is in walking distance."

"The place was clean and very quiet and peaceful. The Kitchen was spacious and had all the needed appliances. Beds were queen size and a TV and a good sized fridge were there in the room. The toilet and showers were clean and working but a bit old. The host accommodated our request for an early check in, by three hours, which we appreciated a lot."
