"Wonderful location in a gorgeous area. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable. Others have commented on the dated decor of the property, and yes, it does appear you’ve stepped back in time, but in a quaint and cosy fashion. Do people check photos or read reviews before they book? I knew what to expect, and yet it exceeded. Everything is perfectly clean and tidy."

"Excellent, unpretentious hotel with a somewhat "old world" charm. The small but functional room has all the necessary features that much more expensive and supposedly upmarket hotels often lack: windows can be opened (very important and all too rare in hotels!), proper reading light above the bed. Very good location."

Tant l'esmorzar, com el berenar com el sopar estan força bé. N'hi ha moments en què van una mica sobrepassats, però la qualitat del menjar i la varietat és molt bona. "Our stay at Crowne Plaza Helsinki – Hesperia was overall comfortable and pleasant. The hotel has a clean and professional atmosphere, and the staff were polite throughout our visit. We stayed in a Premium King Room with city view. The room was spacious enough for one night, and the view added a nice touch. Everything was functional and met our expectations for a short stay. It was especially thoughtful that separate shampoo and cream were provided for the baby. Breakfast was served in a nicely designed restaurant space. The service was courteous, and while the selection was fairly average, all the essentials were available and the quality was satisfactory. The main downside was the parking. The system felt outdated and did not function properly, which caused unnecessary inconvenience. For a hotel of this level, a more modern and reliable parking solution would be expected. Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay."
