"Good food and the entire staff was very attentive."

"They need to add Arabic shower in washroom."

"The staff are very welcoming, very helpful, Abeba at reception, Yasef (not sure spelling) at concierge, the restaurant team, were all courteous, friendly and helpful. The room was kept clean and tidy. The food was amazing!!! Dinner buffet was varied."

"Nothing comes to mind."

"perfect service, good location, very friendly and professional staff, nice room, great and healthy breakfast buffet."

"We stayed for three nights in an Executive room with lounge access, room 911. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the view unobstructed, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub. The hotel is well located in the city, the breakfast buffet is exceptional and very varied, and the staff are extremely warm and welcoming."

"However, several small issues added up and somewhat detracted from the stay, and in my opinion do not fully match the standards of the Radisson Blu brand. Upon arrival at the airport, we waited 25 minutes for the hotel shuttle (in hindsight, I would recommend taking a taxi, which is faster and more convenient). The reception staff, although very pleasant, sometimes struggled to respond to our requests. Finally, on the last day of our stay, there was no hot water in the room. The business lounge was under renovation during our stay, and we were therefore unable to use it even though it was included in our package. One last recommendation: it would be nice to have a coffee machine in an Executive room."

"The location is good to access restaurants and safe to walk around. The staff are very kind."

"The room was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. The internet connection was reliable throughout my stay, and hot water was always available, which made the experience even more pleasant. What stood out the most was the kindness of the staff. In particular, Ms. Abeba was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting me smoothly with both check-in and check-out. Her warm and professional attitude made me feel very welcome."

"As a small suggestion, it would be great if the breakfast menu could be a bit more varied. Aside from this, everything was well managed and enjoyable."

"Located in good place with access to all amenities. Spacious rooms, near and clean rooms with good staff"

"Limited food options"
