"Very helpful and friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with vegan (fasting) options. Our room was very quiet at night despite being in a busy area. Good basic clean room with comfortable twin beds. The hotel bar was good, and it was great having an on site massage. Hotel shuttle was helpful - especially as they arranged an early morning drop off for us. Overall, it was clean and comfortable with good service so we would stay again."
"The facilities, especially the bathroom, were dated. The shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Lighting wasn't good - only an overhead light with no bedside table lamps. The plug points were on an extension cord under a table so not the easiest to get at for plugging in a charger."

"The hotel was close to the airport and offered airport pick up and drop off. It was in Bole and it was a quiet and safe neighbourhood. There were restaraunts,cafes and spas all around the area. The facilities were great, the room was spacious enough and such a comfortable bed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful e.g the driver Teferi. I also enjoyed my massage at the spa."
"My room was the last one in the corridor and after day 2 my wifi no longer worked. I had to leave my room to access wifi which was a nuisance. I complained daily about it and they did bring someone on 2 days but the issue persisted and eventually I got tired. The bathroom also leaked a bit, I wish they could have provided bathroom mats to soak in the leakage. Lastly, the breakfast was always cold even when i tried to eat first thing in the morning."

Breakfast was good with nice variety. Overall, a very pleasant stay and great value for money. Highly recommended."
