"When we arrived first we had a problem with the carpet smell , we raised the issue and been moved to the upgraded room, the staff told us we don’t need to pay the difference. We are happy how they handled our complaints. Breakfast was amazing. We will definitely comeback again."

"They forgot picking me up at the airport despite earlier wiritten confirmation and a reminder from met. That was serious. Getting the boarding pass printed at the reception takes half an hour. Keycards expire too early. Receptionists forget, do not follow up or are unable and despite the friendly smiles not really interested when it comes down to it. But in Ethiopian context you should not be surprised, just reserve PLENTY extra time for your logistics. Signs of backlog maintenance on switches, plugs and taps. No desk in the room where you can sit for an hour without backage."
