"noise from the night club next door was a bit much at 4:00am was a bit much. Early morning street cleaning and deliveries to bars and restaurants also a little noisy. Double glazed doors just didn’t keep all the noise out. Full length mirror was missing and hadn’t been replaced. Water pressure in shower was poor (we were in apt 2). Maintenance required on doors that rubbed on the floors - cupboards and bathroom door."

"Excellent pre-arrival information and messaging. Absolutely great flat (we were on the 4th floor out of 6) , very modern, with all mod/coms, beautiful bathroom with big showers. Fantastic area, very close to Gran Via with restaurants, bars, cafés... (although a little noisy at night as all windows give onto a walking street). Spotlessly clean, confortable beds, fluffy towels, everything was excellent."

"EXCEPT water from the shower (and sink) was tepid, so contacted the telephone number provided by text message at 21h30. I did not have high expectations of getting an answer that evening but I did expect one the next morning which never came! We only stayed the one night so obviously did not pursue the matter but was rather disappointed as the rest of the experience was great. Could also have had a few more English TV programs."

"Luxurious, spacious and clean apartment in the centre of Madrid. Really high quality amenities and the apartment itself is in a wonderful location. The interior reminded me of some excellent 5* hotels I've stayed in but at a fraction of the price considering the space, layout and location. Highly recommend."

"The code to the front door is the same as the code to enter the building, which was a slight safety concern as people like to congregate near the front door. There was a water leakage coming from front cabinet which resulted one of us slipping and falling, leaving a little bruised."

"That there are no keys so all 4 of us could come in or out whenever they want The location is more that best. There is 24/7 Carfour several steps from the apartment. The apartment was very clean and nice."

"I didn't like the explanations how to find the apartment. it is good to be clarified that the apartment 2 is on the second floor. And the only minus is that it is veeeeery noisy durung the night. Maybe the owner could think about some isolation. We could'n sleep well. And there was no soap in the bathroom."
