"Es tracta d'un apartament petit però totalment equipat. Destaquem sobretot la insonorització de les finestres, ja que està en una zona d'oci de tarda i nocturn intensa. La neteja, l'estat dels equipaments del pis i la decoració són molt bons. Hi ha climatització per a totes les èpoques de l'any i la cuina està completament equipada i molt ben assortida (no és habitual en els pisos turístics). La localització és prou cèntrica."

"Cal tenir en compte que està en una zona antiga on els edificis són antics. L'accessibilitat al pis és dolenta, ja que compta amb unes escales molt costerudes. En el nostre cas, com que dúiem un cotxet de bebès ho vam acusar molt, però si no hi ha problemes de mobilitat no és una qüestió major. El preu és car, però també és cert que està d'acord amb els preus dels apartaments de Palma."

"Location was ideal. It may be a hood idea to mention the steep staircase as ypu enter the street door. Was quite hard for us to get heavy cases up and down."

"The aparment is located in the brilliant place - everything you can get on foot: Cathedral, museums, bars, restaurants, the sea, yahts etc. Concerning the apartment, you have everything you need there: the kitchen with all appliance, the TV with Netflix and Disney+ (kids will love it), table games for a company, a bed + 1 sofa for 2 person, so generally it perfectly fits for the whole family. The owners answers immediately."

"A true gem in the heart of Santa Catalina, just steps from the local market and surrounded by vibrant restaurants and bars. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully and tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The small balcony overlooking the lively street was the perfect spot to soak in the neighborhood’s atmosphere. Our host was fantastic and provided all the information we needed. I’d definitely love to stay here again when visiting Palma"

"New apartment, close to city center. Very convenient for us the washing machine and the dryer. Modern and cosy. Very good choice especially if it had a better price."

"Noisy area, not kids friendly at the street but no noise in the apartment. We had to make our own bed; for the price we paid i would expect a room ready to use. One small towel for 4 persons was not enough. Too expensive, not a value for money."

"Spacious fully furnished 2 rooms apartment very well located. The street is noisy in the evenings (plenty of restaurants, clubs, etc) but is sufficient to close the windows to keep noise out. Entrance requires climbing 10 steep steps, so be aware of that."
