"Excellent location, beach is in the backyard :) , grocery stores, bakery , coffee store everything is on 10 meters walk around the building. Also the center is on 10-15min walk depending which end goal you are reaching. Apartment is comfortable for four adults, we were with two kids and there was enough space for everyone. Kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchennet you would need if you want to cook. Balcony is perfect but probably more convinient to use during the high and warm season, we were there in Feb and the days when we were there were so windy so sitting on the terrace was not so much cosy :). Stuff can get 10/10 , specially Dante he welcomed us warmly in the late night hours showed us everything that is needed about the apartment but also some hints about the local restaurants in Malaga. Everything was perfect and we would definitely go back there again!"

"Besides we really appreciated the early check in, we were quite disappointed with the owners employee Louis. He has asked us to notify us 30 min. before our arrival what we did... He replied -Then you - and then we were forced waiting for him for 45 minutes on the street. When he has arrived and we asked him why he is late and it was no communication he offered us no apologies, just spitting out - Sorry-gave us the keys, took the deposit and stormed out. It was very unpleasant, unprofessional and almost rude. We suggest the owners has to replace him or teach him good manners."

"The location of the apartment is perfect, you’re a 2 minute walk away from the beach, there’s a few grocery shops nearby, and very close to the main port area where all of the bars and restaurants are. Great location, very easily walkable into the city centre also. 15/20 minute taxi from the airport so very convenient."

"The shower did not heat up for us at all, it was freezing cold. We messaged the host about this and did not get a reply, this was the only bad thing about the apartment. We went during the summer so cold showers were manageable, however would need to get this resolved if you’re going after the summertime."

"The location is great. Beware though that there's also Paseo de Reding nearby marked on G-Maps as 'P.º Reding', which might misguide you from the correct Calle Reding. At least that's where we went at first 🤷"

"It's a good apartment, and even better terrace, though best for warmer times of the year. Ther's no heating, so you have to turn on A/C heavily to stay warm. The stone floor is cold, but that's common in Spain. The finances are VERY tricky: they pre-authorize your card, take some deposit on arrival, then return if all is good after some time, etc."

"Excellent location near the beach close to restaurants, bars and the city center. Easy walk to old town and port, Good supermarket with great bakery across the road. Clean apartment, hosts' service is excellent and fast. Cosy terrace for breakfasts."

"The location is awesome! 1 minute from the door to Malagueta. Carrefour on opposite side to the Reding street. Less than 1 km to city center. Nice terrace but hidden in between. Building so not really with the views on top of skyscrapers. Apartment fully equipped in kitchen, living room and bathroom. Even Netflix welcomed me with Polish profile (which might be a coincidence)."

"This is not 8/10 facility. Very clean and good location but the apartment is very used and you can notice that last refreshing or renovation was very long time ago. No heater which is standard in Andalusia but AC did a job expect bedroom where AC was not heated. The couch in living room could be cleaner, walls have black scratches or chips, cold floor. Typical rental which for this price could be better prepared. Solid 6/10."

"The location was superb. The beach 1 min walk, the harbour 5 min and the old town 10 min walk. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped. The space was great for 2 people but I imagine a bit cramped for 4."

"The lift was quite noisy at night. I'm a light sleeper so it kept waking me up. But if you're not.a light sleeper it probably wouldn't be a problem. Apart from that I can't think of anything negative."

"Excellent location, right in Malaguetta, the beach is across the street, many places to eat in close proximity. Equipped kitchen, including washing machine, cosy terrace, comfy bed. Man who received us, Gabriel, was very welcoming and helpful."

"The apartment is in a great location. Beach one way and marina the other! Perfect stay for getting around Malaga . Supermarket opposite and a number of cafes and restaurants near by. Compact and bijou is all you need. Loved the balcony area for breakfast and suppers. Nice to have an outside area with the apartment to dry towels and beachwear. Highly recommend!"
