"Des de la King Suite les vistes de les piràmides són impressionants. Aquest hotel compta amb bons professionals. Ens van venir a buscar a l'aeroport i vam organitzar amb ells una ruta per la Necròpolis de Giza, Memphis i Saqqara, amb un guia egipci que parla castellà. També disposa de bons conductors, com l'Adbullah i el Mustafa, que ens van fer recomanacions en un bon anglès, anant a visitar el Gran Museu Egipci i el Museu de la Civilització. L'esmorzar és fantàstic i l'amabilitat del personal encara ho és més. L'ascensor funcionava correctament. A Egipte s'ha d'anar, també, amb la mentalitat que no és Europa. Trobareu un barri molt humil als voltants de l'hotel i gent que us vol vendre coses constantment, però també molts controls policials. Forma part de l'experiència."

"The location is the best, you can walk to Sphinx Entrance in 5 minutes, and you have restaurants/shops nearby, the hotel also offer pick up service, that you can book to go to the places you like. Very friendly staff and gifted us some drinks/souvenirs. (We did not use the hotel's tour service, but their Taxi)"
"The toilet can not flush in the first night, the next day the hotel fixed the problem. Had some leakage of the bathroom, and during the construction work outside had noises in the night time (for short stay we do not mind). The hotel wifi is weak, but we mainly use our own E-Sim. Outside in the road and nearby a lot of people try to follow you and sell you items, it is common in this tourist area."
"The location is fantastic- right in front of the pyramids with the best view. Breakfast with pyramids view was a highlight. The breakfast is huge! The staff are also very helpful and serviceminded."
"The rooms are not the best. I think what you are paying for is the pyramids view from the terrace, because our room was a bit rundown and old despite the room being quite expensive. Also, no real windows. On first inspection the room seemed clean, but under the nightstand was quite dirty (hairs and dirt), and there was also a bit moldy smell (despite huge amounts of air freshner that had been sprayed, which also doesn’t smell that great). For a short stay it was still ok, for the great views."
