"Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We found a cigarette butt in the bin and a coucarache. Towels were not properly washed. Tap in basin is a kitchen one so it splashes everywhere and you cannot wash your teeth properly (without splashing water everywhere). A/C is switched off whenever the staff wants to (from outside the room). You cannot pay by card and only dollars are accepted (local currency is, after being tedious with the staff, but at high rate exchange). It needs a complete refurbishment."
