"Super nice and quiet location, directly on the sea. Top-notch facilities, including restaurants, numerous outdoor pools, a private beach, and a spa. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and left nothing undone to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. Especially Ahmed Galal, who was exceptionally kind and even helped us plan our trip to Siwa. We can only recommend this place in the highest terms."

Free upgrade to a sea-view room. 2. Room & View Spacious, clean, and comfortable. • Beautiful sea view from the room. Good room layout and facilities. 3. Resort Facilities • Multiple pools, all clean and well-maintained. Everything (beach, pools, dining) located conveniently close together. • Well-kept grounds and general cleanliness throughout the resort. 4. Food Quality • Delicious and clean food with good variety. High hygiene standards in dining areas. 5. Staff & Service • Friendly and helpful staff across departments. • Beach staff and housekeeping were attentive and polite."

"1. Maintenance Issue One window panel in the room wasn't sealed properly, allowing air and dust to come through. 2. Dining Service Some buffet items ran out midway and were not refilled, even though service hours weren't over. 3. Service Consistency When upgraded to all-inclusive, staff repeatedly asked to show the bracelet (understandable). • However, foreign guests were not always asked, creating a sense of unequal treatment. t's a great place to unwind, especially for couples who want a calm, scenic getaway with good service and food. If these minor issues are polished up, it could easily feel like a true 5 stars experience next time and i am already considering re-visiting it after these polishing"
